Minha Cidade+

MinhaCidade+ is a complete system aimed at modernizing municipal public management, offering a web platform (and potential mobile integration) that allows citizens to register requests, complaints, and suggestions related to the city, such as infrastructure problems, public services, and urban occurrences.

The solution consists of an integrated ecosystem that involves user registration, call categorization, definition of service stages, real-time notifications, and monitoring of the status of requests. On the administrative side, the system allows public bodies and departments to manage these demands in an organized manner, with flow control, prioritization, and traceability of actions.

The system architecture uses modern technologies such as Next.js on the front-end, Fastify on the back-end, Drizzle ORM for data modeling, and PostgreSQL as a database, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. In addition, the project incorporates concepts of intelligence and automation, enabling future evolutions with data analysis, recommendations, and improvements based on user behavior.

The main objective of MinhaCidade+ is to promote greater transparency in public management, improve communication between the population and the government, and optimize the resolution of urban problems, contributing to smarter and more efficient cities.
